Dr. A.M. Aminian is a leading allergy and asthma specialist who has practiced in the Central Valley since 1986. He is the Medical Director of the widely respected Allergy Institute, and holds a clinical faculty position at the University of California, San Francisco-Fresno Medical Extension program. Dr. Aminian is a well-recognized dr_a_Professional.pngmember of the community and is considered a leading expert in the field both locally and nationally.

Dr. Aminian received his training at the University of Oklahoma, Tulsa Medical College, Wayne State University in Detroit, and Max Samter Institute of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, affiliated with Rush Medical School in Chicago.

Dr. Aminian’s fellowships and memberships include the American Academy of Allergy-Asthma-Immunology, the American College of Allergy-Asthma-Immunology, and the California Medical Association. Dr. Aminian also served as the past chair of the Public Education Committee, and serves as the current Vice Chair of the Public Relations Committee for the American College of Allergy-Asthma and Immunology. In addition, Dr. Aminian has also served on the Board of Directors of the American Lung Association, Central California Chapter, and served as past president of the Central California Allergy Society.

Dr. Aminian is the author of numerous publications and papers that he has shared with his national and international colleagues. Dr. Aminian is an advocate for improving air quality through education and has worked directly with local, state and federal officials to encourage strong and proactive ways to clean the air.

Dr. Aminian provides the public with an “allergy forecast” that is broadcasted live on the daily news to keep the public informed on allergy related issues and how it can impact their daily lives. He is seen by many in the local media market as an expert, and is called upon to advise the public on air and allergy related issues.
